Inspection on strainer in water treatment reservoir was conducted to review its condition. Water flow was found to be slower than normal state which leads to this request. From our investigation, barnacles had form as well as some trash had clogged the hole of the strainer. Digital photography was used to record the process of cleaning up for strainer. The whole process took 50 minutes diving time with no injury reported.
